Make a Booking

Sienna lodge provides Immediate Confirmations for bookings made via our website.

All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the calendar and booking engine above and you will obtain an immediate confirmation of your booking.

The full Payment is required to guarantee your reservation. Payment for the full amount of your reservation will be deducted from your credit card within 24 hours of the booking.

Please note - Management advises that the property is unsuitable for children less than 12 years of age. Each of our rooms has queen size bed. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 2 (including children). There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

All our rooms are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Room layout and furnishings may vary room to room, ground floor to upper floor, shower cabin or shower over the bath.p>

Minimum 2-3 nights stay applies.

Long Weekends minimum 3-4 nights stay applies.

Christmas, New Year, Easter minimum 4-5 nights stay applies.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 7 days: Full refund if your reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Less than 7 days up to 48 hours: Cancellations or changes to bookings made less than 7 days prior to the check in date and time will be charged for the first changed or cancelled night.

Less than 48 hours: No Refunds are available for cancellations, changes or ''no show up'' to bookings made less than 48 hours prior to the check in date and time. Payment for the full amount of stay will be charged. Should you terminate your stay after arrival, then payment for the full period of your stay is requested.

We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case of overbooking for any reason beyond our control.
