Check-in is available from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.

For self-check-in or late arrival, you'll receive instructions for accessing your room and lock box via email or your booking platform, together with SMS information where a mobile number has been provided.

Important information

Sienna Lodge is designed for adult guests and is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Each room accommodates a maximum of two guests and has a queen-size bed.

Cots, cribs and extra beds are not available.

Pets are not permitted.

Because our rooms are individually furnished, layouts and furnishings may vary between rooms.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Book direct with Sienna Lodge

Booking directly through the Sienna Lodge website provides immediate confirmation and allows you to deal directly with us when planning your stay.

Book direct and receive a complimentary bottle of premium Sienna Estate wine on arrival.

Full payment is required to guarantee your reservation and is processed according to the booking terms shown at the time of booking.

Minimum stays

Minimum stays may apply during certain periods.

  • Standard periods: minimum 2–3 nights may apply.
  • Long weekends: minimum 3–4 nights may apply.
  • Christmas, New Year and Easter: minimum 4–5 nights may apply.
  • Peak periods and School Leavers periods may have additional restrictions.

The minimum stay applicable to your dates will be shown during the booking process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and booking changes

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation conditions are designed to be clear and straightforward.

More than 7 days before arrival

Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.

Less than 7 days and more than 48 hours before arrival

Cancellations or changes made less than 7 days before arrival and up to 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night.

Within 48 hours of arrival

Cancellations, changes or no-shows made less than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable. The full amount of the stay will be charged.

If you leave after your arrival date, payment for the full booked period remains payable.

Peak and festive periods

Special cancellation conditions apply during selected peak periods, including long weekends, Christmas, New Year, Easter and School Holidays.

For these periods, a minimum of 30 days' notice may be required and bookings cancelled within the applicable period may be non-refundable.

Please check the cancellation conditions displayed with your booking before confirming your reservation.

Festive & Peak Season minimum 30 days’ notice: A no refund policy and full amount of stay is applicable if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days for long Weekends, Christmas, New Year, Easter and Public School holidays.

Christmas Festive season 23-28 December; New Year Festive season 28 December-10 January; Easter Festive season Thursday-Tuesday over Easter weekend; School Leavers & Peak season 10 November - 30 November.

We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case of overbooking for any reason beyond our control.

How many people can stay in a room?

Each room accommodates a maximum of two guests.

Are children allowed?

Sienna Lodge is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Are cots or extra beds available?

No. Cots, cribs and extra beds are not available.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not permitted.

Do all rooms have kitchen facilities?

No. The Voyager Room with Kitchenette is the room option with cooking facilities.

The other rooms have a mini fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities but do not have cooking or dining facilities.

Is parking available?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available close to all rooms.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 2:00pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is by 10:00am.

Can I arrive late?

Yes. Self-check-in and late-arrival information can be provided. Your room access and arrival instructions will be sent by email or through your booking platform.

Are the rooms identical?

No. Each room is individually furnished, so layouts and furnishings may vary. Rooms may be on the ground or upper floor, and bathrooms may have a shower cabin or shower over the bath.

How far is Smiths Beach?

Smiths Beach is just a short drive from Sienna Lodge.

How far are the wineries?

Many wineries are within an easy drive of Sienna Lodge, making Yallingup a convenient base for exploring Margaret River wine country.

Is Sienna Lodge close to restaurants?

Yes. There are several breakfast, lunch and dinner options within approximately 2–5 minutes by car, with many more restaurants throughout Yallingup, Dunsborough and the Margaret River Region.
