Pasta Factory Opening 2012
• The main feature of the project is pasta manufacturing, including a Bistro style Pasticeria for indoor and outdoor service where you can see pasta being made as you eat as well as showroom and sales facilities. A viewing production platform will provide fascinating insight into the world of Pasta where visitors can watch pasta products being made through viewing windows, engage with interactive displays or be treated to free pasta tastings. By providing visitors with a unique experience and a completely new concept, the Pasta Factory & Wine connection will promote the region both domestically and at an international level.

• The concept has been developed and will be delivered by project Manager Egidijus Rusilas and his partner Raminta Rusilas, who have combined Food technology industry experience of more than 30 years, many years with particular emphasis on pasta production. Andrew Weinert from the WA Department of Agriculture and Food has described Mr Rusilas as "….technically skilled in the production of Pasta on a large scale. This will add significantly to the potential success of the business."
