Make a Booking

Sienna Estate provides Immediate Confirmations for bookings made via our website.

All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the calendar and booking engine above and you will obtain an immediate confirmation of your booking.

The full Payment is required to guarantee all reservations. Payment for the full amount of your reservation will be deducted from your credit card within 24 hours of the booking.

Please note - Management advises that the property is unsuitable for children less than 12 years of age. Each of our rooms have queen size beds and accommodate a maximum of 2 people (including children).

Every room is fitted with a private bathroom, room layout and furnishings may vary room to room, according on the ground floor or upper floor, with shower or bath.

Weekends minimum 2 nights stay applies.

Long Weekends minimum 3 nights stay applies.

Christmas, New Year, Easter minimum 4 nights stay applies.

Cancellation Policy:


Whilst we provide a Free Booking Service, changes or cancellations of Confirmed bookings will attract an administration charge AUD$22.00


More than 7 days: Deposits supplied will be refunded - after deducting an administration charge if your reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.


Less than 7 days up to 48 hours: Cancellations or changes to bookings made less than 7 days prior to the check in date and time will be charged for the first changed or cancelled night.


Less than 48 hours: No Refunds are available for cancellations, changes or ''no show up'' to bookings made less than 48 hours prior to the check in date and time. Payment for the full amount of stay will be charged. Should you terminate your stay after arrival, then payment for the full period of your stay is requested.


Festive Season minimum 30 days notice: A no refund policy and full amount of stay is applicable if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days for long Weekends, Christmas, New Year, Easter and Public School holidays*.

*Christmas Festive season 23-28 December; New Year Festive season 28 December-10 January; Easter Festive season Thursday-Tuesday over Easter weekend.


We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case of overbooking for any reason beyond our control.
